Haha. The comic couldn't have been more apt could it?
And does that mean victims are now partly to blamed for being hit by killer-litter as well?

LOST: The Quantitative Methods module. (Episode Summary)
"After bidding for a course which Kenny falsely believed was a relaxing data-entry module, his delusioned dream of breezing through this course was torn apart in the first lesson, crashing into the mysterious and unchartered jungles of Excel spreadsheets.
Stripped of any E-dollars or acquaintances, he is forced to fend for himself in this seminar room unusually packed with Indian/Myanmar/Burmese computer freakos.
Among the principal survivors is Li Lin, Kenny's girlfriend of 7 months, who conveniantly knows quite abit about excel spreadsheets herself.
Conspiracy theories ensue.
Kenny trusts nobody, not even his professor, whose lectures he finds so boring that he feel he might have to be drip-fed espresso to stay awake.
He has a test this coming Saturday.
And he is currently considering buying "Excel for Dummies".

OooohLa La!
This is so cool!
I was net-surfing for cool technologies to do for my Technology and World Changes module when I came across this concept car from Mazda.
Designed for "net-savvy youngsters", the new concept hatchback, Mazda Sassou, ditches the traditional cylinder lock key system in favor of USB flash drives. In addition to starting the engine, the flash drives can be used to transfer driving directions for long trips along with the latest songs for the day to the Sassou's internal hard drive.
My oh my!
This is like such a brilliant innovation can. Especially for those who share the cars with their family members, different USB flash drives will thus allow each person to personalise the same car, saving data such as the side mirrors' positions and seat position.
Imagine illegally downloading songs while literally on the move? Checking your email at the traffic lights? The premise holds boundless promises.
But I guess one big negativity would be that your car might one day kana virus... haha

Anyway, speaking of cars, there seems to be ample parking in the new SMU school compounds afterall. Pretty good news for me I guess, except that I kinda prefer taking the train nowadays. It is actually faster during peak-hour traffic and of course, I don't have to pay for all the stupid ERP gantries placed so strategically around the city campus.
And petrol prices are such a bitch nowadays. I think it might just go past the $2 mark pretty soon. And newspapers these days seem to be telling us how to save on petrol consumption.
But people, I have a better solution.
Go apply for an OCBC Mastercard.
Because one of its many priveleges which the card offers is the 11% discount at all SPC petrol stations. Considering that the "market rate" for discount given at any petrol station is currently around 5%, you will thus make 6% savings when you pump petrol each time using the OCBC credit card. Smart right?
Anyway, sorry for not blogging for the past few days weeks. My apologies ya?
And of course, happy 7th month to you Khoo Li Lin!
Sorry that I am late in posting ya?
Wanted to post this initally wor. haha. Was supposed to resemble "The Maid" poster (b/c both also 7th month) but as you all can see, I failed miserably.Very hard to make la. And moreover, upon some reflection, I did realise that such a poster would have been pretty inappropriate and absolutely juvenile and hence, just a simple heartfelt "I think you are the One".
Love you. =)
