Walking

All I ask is that people walk in a straight line. What is with all the bobbing and weaving? Do they even realize there are other people around them - some of whom might like to get past them?

Is it too much to ask for a little awareness of others and an effort (that's all I want, just an effort!) to walk in a straight line to your destination? A straight line is the most direct route anywhere. Think of it as an efficiency and time saving thing. Can?

Just now at lunchtime, I got off the CompassPoint carpark and headed for the escalator. I was supposed to meet my parents at 1.30pm and I was pretty late so I thought I should hurry.

But fate has it that I got stuck behind this woman whom I swear had radar or something. Every move I made, she blocked. I couldn't get past her to save my life. She was oblivious until I went flying past her at the top of the escalator.

I refrained from knocking her down - but just barely.

( Kenny is so going to throw a bitch-fit!! Grrr. )
