In case you guys are wondering what I've been doing during the school holidays, well, I'm working as an accountant!
Haha. I know, it sounds kinda ridiculous. Especially since its not an internship and I can feel in my head the sniffling, nose-end question: Just How The Fuck Did I Come To Be An Accountant.
Wellll, I'm actually helpng out at my dad's firm at the moment and yeah, accounting is a Very Very Borring job. Time stands still. Accounting spreadsheets are so far removed from the sphere of my normal existence that I feel like I'm on a castaway island. It's all so... Somwehere in the dictionary I'm sure there's probably a perfect descriptive word but all I can think of is: PRISON.
Hah. Maybe I'm exaggerating. I'm probably not used to all these stuff I guess but the people here are nice. Interesting fellas like Uncle Philip, who is only in his mid-thirties but laughs in that old-man sort of way that was 60 per cent laugh and 40 percent cough and it's so comical that it becomes contagious.
