( Lydia's 21st birthday party at Aloha Pasir Ris. )
haha. After hanging out with them for 2 consecutive days because of two different birthday parties, I've come to realise how much i missed those jc days at VJC.
I miss hanging out at our stone table on the 2nd floor of the linkway.
I miss playing bridge while ponning lectures.. haha..
I miss playing soccer with the arts fac guys.
I miss table tennis training.
I miss the class girls stealing wantons from my wanton noodles..
Not that SMU is a lousy place to be in la, but the two years in VJC was really awesome and nothing will ever quite compare to it i guess...
Shucks.. my turn to be overwhelmed with projects..Datelines all looming and stress is definitely mounting.
And exams are in a month's time......which means that...
THE HOLIDAYS ARE COMING SOOONN!!!
YAY!!!! hahaha..
*alwayyyyss loookk on the briiiight side of life...*
*swings head along to the tune*.. haha.. Im so gonna flunk my papers.. with THIS attitude...
Haha.. Lydia's birthday party ended up resembling some SDU gathering where she organised telematch games for her jc frens (us), her boring NTU frens and very hot MGS secondary sch friends... haha....
Hey! the picture does not do me any justice!!! I was not just piggy-bagging the girl ( one of her hot MGS frens.. haha) .. I was in fact tip-toeing on one foot on the micro mini piece of newspaper!! Its like some crounching tiger hidden dragon scene where chow yun fut balances himself on a bamboo tree lor. lol.
And we won! haha.. Okay, its no big deal but anyway, if u look closely, the girl in baby blue top is Geraldine, some former New Paper New Face finalist or winner i think... haha.. and for some strange reason, my class gals were oggling and commenting abt her more then I did.. hmmm...
Lydia wearing the angel wings made by Yingxin... Yingxin is the best ..Her costumes are like super pro la... Even the devil horns.... *RESPECT!!*

It's A Guy's Flick!!
Apparently only the guys ( dawne, john + me) enjoyed Resident Evil: Apocalypse... Neltje and Kelda were like breathing down my neck after the show for my 'brilliant' movie recommendation..
It wasn't THAT bad la was it??
haha.. But let's face it, nobody watches movies like Resident Evil for Oscar-worthy storylines or acting rite??
You watch it for the erhmm...
hahaha... But in the defence of the movie, it has such a lame storyline that its strangely funny and entertaining. Lots of super cliches such as "We've got to stick together" (but somehow they get seperated in e end..) and scenerios such as the characters seeking refuge in a cementry from the zombies (like damn brilliant la)... and there's the comic relief black man who creatively worked the 'F'-word into EVERY single one of his lines... and the monster who looks like a cheap imitation of the Predator crossed with the Wookie from Star Wars...
And of cos, like all good movies, Milla Jovovich has the obligatory scenes in the flimsy paper hospital gown and other naked or near-naked shots in the lab. ( Well, these scientists may be nerds, but they sure ain't dummies. Any chance they have to get Milla undressed - they use it. tsk tsk.. slyyy!.)
And somebody in Hollywood must have had this brilliant idea lah -- if one tough chick in skimpy clothes made the first movie a reasonable hit, then two tough chicks in skimpy clothes should make the sequal a blockbuster. And wham, another hot babe with absurd proportion (ie. distracting pair of boobs with teeny-weeny waistline) is brought in, put in a miniskirt and tube top, given a gun, and told to go for it....
What's not to like??? hahaha...

It's 2.8 Millllliooooooon Dollaaaaaaaaaaaarss!!
Fwah!! haha.. i know i know.. Its me and my bu4 lao2 er2 huo4 dreams again. But let's assume that I do win the TOTO???!! I could buy myself a big house, quit school, buy a silver Mercedes SLK, get myself 2 wives..... hahaha.. *stupefied grinz*
But then again, after 21 years on earth, I have come to the sensible conclusion that my chances of winning the lottery/lucky draw/scissors-paper-stone are identical whether I play or not...
I really do have some rotten luck. haha
But on a brighter note, Jasmine Trias is in town!!
Her picture was in today's LIFE and she's abso-lute-ly adorable.. ahahha..( i sound so desperate..) Truth is, I have been rooting for Jasmine Trias troughout American Idol 3 and to show my immovable and undying support for her, I will faithfully plant a beautiful flower on my right ear when I go and hear her sing at the Indoor Stadium on October 5...
But first, I need to win the TOTO to get that much-needed cash.... =)

All I 've eaten today is a Filet-O-Fish and a packet of potato chips...
Financial Accounting sits unfinished on my desk.
My pen has run out of ink.
My spine is rigid with irritation.
My hair is in a mess.
Is all this payment for attempting last-minute mugging for my F-O-U-R tests this week???
I think so.. =(
