Hey, sorry to those who read my blog constantly for the lack of entries for the past one week...
Haha. Been spending some time by myself actually, in my own world of sanctuary. I needed that lah. In times of crisis when life seems screwed up, I usually hide in my own shell to lick my wounds (or plot bloody revenge, as appropriate). haha.
Maybe the prayers worked, although I didn't actually tell God how big my problems were...
I told my problems how big my God was.
And the sun will still rise and my heart will continue pumping for now whether I like it or not, so ought to feel the best with what I've got and do something to make my stay on Earth worthwhile right??

Hmmm.. k.. enough of all the emotional crap.. haha.. a recap of the major things I did last week...
Went to watch Acapella Fest 2004 at ACS campus on Saturday. It was really really really very very very good. Okay, I know that not alot of people listen to this type of genre of music, but do yourself a favour and check out this WEBSITE to look up on some of our local acts like In-A-Chord, Acatones and of course Budak Pantai, which performs every last friday of the month on the rooftop of YMCA (pretty good chill out place btw).. =)
If half of these acapella singers join Singapore Idol, Singapore Idol would be one hell of a show man.
Other than that, I guess the only thing which I did was swimming.
Haha. Although I MUST admit, Im a very slow swimmer, practically close to being a water walker actually.. hahaha. As I shamelessly/helplessly hog up swimming lames and eventually got overtaken even by the very oldest and fattest people...
Oh God...
And I miss my car. A lot.
Don't think many people know this.. but Renault Megane was actually voted European Car of the Year for 2003...Mégane II scored a total of 322 points, coming in ahead of the Mazda 6 (302 points) and Citroën C3 (214 points).
The judges were particularly appreciative of the car's ride and handling qualities – dynamic behaviour, braking and comfort were all considered exemplary – and its highly sophisticated passive safety system. Indeed, Mégane II claims best-in-class performance and scored five stars in the crash tests conducted by the independent body Euro NCAP. ( I can sadly attest to that. )
Megane's xenon headlights have an adaptive beam height control that lowers low beam height for city driving at speeds under 30 km/h. The variable assistance electric power steering heightens driving precision and combines ease of use at low speeds with precise control at high speeds.
Standard features include tinted glass all round, intelligent windscreen wipers, heated rear window, electric front windows trip computer with warning system, remote controlled central locking via Renault Card, RAID (Renault Anti-Intruder Device),a heat reflective windscreen, colour coded heated electric exterior mirrors and door handles, electric windows front and rear with "one-touch" and "anti-pinch" functions, exterior temperature indicator, roller sunblinds for the rear window and the rear side windows and the air conditioning system has a solar radiation sensor for more precise regulation of interior temperature.
Sigh sigh sigh... I miss my Megane...Oh Megane Megane, are you thinking of me the way I am thinking of you right now???
